Roy Marco Yali Samaniego
Researcher.
Geographer from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) and graduated in Computer Science’s Master from Pontifical Catholic University (PUCP). He has experience in different projects about conservation, hydrological resources, and mainly, in earth observation and geospatial data analysis and development using different programming languages. Since 2019 he has been an assistant professor at UNMSM for the programming course and was part of the team that developed geoinformatics projects such as RGEE, combining the potential from Google Earth Engine and the principal tools for data analysis from R, and CloudSen12, the big database for cloud segmentation from Sentinel satellite imagery.
