The research line entitled “Yield estimation of vineyard crops” focuses on the analysis of vineyard production at different scales, using non-invasive technologies such as photogrammetry and the Mobile Mapping System:
Small scale
Photogrammetry, with the help of computer vision, allows obtaining accurate 3D models of grape clusters, enabling dimensional analysis and vineyard yields.
On a large scale
The mobile mapping system makes it possible to digitise large areas of vineyards. This digitisation is intended for large-scale vineyard management.
