A multidisciplinary researcher with a strong background in geospatial modelling for
renewable energy, he is currently part of the TIDOP Research Group. He previously served
as a Postdoctoral Fellow under the China National Postdoctoral Program at Nanjing
University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (2025), focusing on renewable energy resource
assessment and addressing barriers to solar energy deployment.
He received the Best Paper Award at the International Congress on Grey Systems and
Uncertainty Analysis (GSUA 2024). He is a published author with numerous articles in top-
tier journals, recognized for impactful contributions to renewable energy research and
international collaborations.
He earned his BSc in Electrical (Power) Engineering from COMSATS Institute of
Information Technology, Pakistan (2016), and completed his MSc in Sustainable Energy
Management (2019) and PhD in Energy Technology (2022) from Prince of Songkla
University, Thailand. Previously, he worked as a Research Associate at Thaksin University
on rooftop solar photovoltaic systems and hybrid microgrid energy systems.
