Esteban Ruíz de Oña Crespo
Researcher.
BS degree in surveying engineering in 2003 at the University of Oviedo and an MS degree in geodesy and cartography at the University of Salamanca in 2006. He has worked in the development of cartographic software in different programming languages such as C++, Java and JavaScript among others. He has developed WMS clients and servers with some unique capabilities like serving photogrammetric flights with stereoscopic 3D technology and as ortho during the fly.
