Néstor Velaz Acera
PhD candidate.

Bachelor’s Degree of Aerospace Engineering (2014), Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering (2015) by University of Leon, which he combined in his last year whit a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energies obtaining the Extraordinary End of Master’s Degree Award. He completed his training with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (2017) by University of Francisco de Vitoria and a Postgraduate Degree in Neurolinguistic Programming (2017).
For 5 years, he has been working in the R&D department of Capgemini Engineering, initially as a design and structural engineer within the Hyperloop project developed in collaboration with the start-up Zeleros Global S.L and for the last 3 years, he has made it compatible with the position of technical and project lead in the research line related to aeronautical sustainability and ground recharging infrastructure for eVTOL vehicles that proposed hydrogen as the core of their solution.
