PhD in Geotechnologies Applied to Construction, Energy and Industry (2018, Universities of Salamanca and Vigo). He completes his academic training with the degrees of Graduate in Geomatics Engineering and Topography (2013, University of Salamanca), Master in Cartographic Geotechnologies in Engineering and Architecture (2011, Universities of Salamanca and Valladolid) and Engineer in Geodesy and Cartography (2001, Polytechnic University of Valencia). Since 2000 he has developed most of his professional activity linked to the Confederación Hidrográfica del Júcar (CHJ). Firstly, through an educational cooperation agreement for the completion of the PFC. The following 8 years (2001-2008) in Tragsatec and then, 8 more years (2008-2016), as a civil servant of the Scale of Senior Technical Staff of OOAA of the former MAGRAMA. In 2016 he joined the Corps of Technical Engineers in Topography of the National Geographic Institute and finally rejoined the CHJ in December 2021, as Head of the Computer Systems Service at the Water Commission. He is specialised in the development of geomatic applications related to Geographic Information Systems and in the exploitation of Earth Observation data captured by remote sensors, applied to the technical management of the Public Water Domain.
