The PhD Manuel Rodríguez ends his stay in Portugal.
The researcher of the TIDOP Group Manuel Rodríguez made a research stay at the Department of Civil Engineering & Institute for Sustainability and Innovation in Structural Engineering (ISISE) of the University of Minho (Portugal).
In this stay, the researcher worked on new based-on close range photogrammetry methods and other geotechnologies approaches for three-dimensional scanning, focusing in the use of sensors for three-dimensional reconstruction and analysis for point clouds oriented to the documentation and preservation of the buildings, also for divulgative purposes and for teaching tasks, as well as in the integration of reconstructed elements within Building Information Modeling (BIM) context.
